After writing about regional dining for years, I was asked to cover dining, on camera, for Destination Network––which offers visitor’s information channels throughout the Southeast. Since 2005, I have hosted editorial programs in Atlanta, New Orleans, the Gulf Coast of Florida and Alabama, and the Florida Keys. I’ve talked to, cooked with, and sourced with chefs; written editorials on regional specialties and ingredients, and featured the best restaurants in every market. It’s been a delicious ride.
